At langify, we are specialists in translations and want your e-commerce store to succeed internationally.
Our support team is happy to answer your questions about setting up and using langify.

The langify support team is available Monday to Sunday, 9:00 AM – 11:00 PM CET (except on public holidays).

• Assistance with app installation
• Help with setting up and configuring translations

What is not included in langify Support?

• Errors related to your store’s design – these are best resolved by your design developer
• Application conflicts caused by custom design modifications
• We reserve the right to refuse support to customers who have exceeded their plan limits

Support Etiquette

We aim to provide reliable and professional support at all times.
Conversations that are unprofessional or contain insults towards our staff or company may result in denial of further support.

Limitation of Liability

If you create a staff account for langify support personnel, we are not liable for any changes, adjustments, or modifications made to your store that may result in lost profits, or in any special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from or related to our products or services.
